• Signed and completed Visa Application Forms

• A Passport valid for at least six (6) months from last day of intended stay in Sierra Leone

• A Letter of invitation/Hotel Reservation that is under-signed. The letter of invitation should indicate a contact person, email address and telephone number (s)

• Two (2) recent coloured passport size photographs with white background

• A copy of the applicant’s travel itinerary

• A copy of certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever

• Evidence of sufficient funds for the duration of stay in Sierra Leone

• Visa processing takes 14 working days after the submission of required documents

• In case of emergencies, additional fee of 50 Euros is required (please contact the Embassy for such payments)

Method of Payments

• Bank Transfer to the relevant Embassy’s Bank Account.

• Please not that a period of at least three (3) working days is required for such payments to reflect on the Embassy’s Bank Account.
